Strategy and Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy & Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own processes to support and scale the Bill Consolidation product, including customer onboarding and ongoing operations
• Provide guidance on platform configurations to meet customer use cases and business process needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to deliver software solutions and manage junior team members to achieve key metrics

Ideal Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a consultant or investment banker
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate solutions effectively
• Excellent organization and people management skills, including KPI setting and accountability
• Experience in data processing, analysis, and visualization, with proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Bonus if located in NYC
