A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Development and Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets aligned with strategic priorities
• Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and business case development for potential transactions
• Drive end-to-end deal execution, including negotiations, structuring, and integration planning

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or corporate development
• Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle M&A transactions
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
