Handle and process assigned volume within Specialty processes according to established service level agreements (SLA)
Service Specialty Calls, including Cease/Desist, Deceased, and Voluntary Surrender, following call handling requirements
Complete end-to-end functions within specialty tasks accurately and in compliance with regulations and company policies
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
One year of servicing center experience
One year of financial service industry experience preferred
Knowledge of Cease/Desist, Deceased, and Specialty State processes preferred
General knowledge of collections policies and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
