Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support full-cycle recruiting efforts in the upstream oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day recruiting operations and drive hiring outcomes in partnership with the Director of Talent Acquisition
  • Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and follow-ups
  • Track candidate progress and provide timely reporting on recruiting metrics and pipeline activity
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of recruiting coordination or full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience in the upstream or midstream oil and gas industry is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and common HR tech tools
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with limited supervision
