Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to set and execute strategic priorities, ensuring alignment across teams
• Design and manage operational processes to optimize team efficiency and streamline operations
• Lead complex projects from inception to execution, identifying and mitigating risks

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant professional experience in strategy execution and high visibility projects
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to present data in a digestible format
• Experience in diagnosing team pain points and driving improvements
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in People Analytics or Workforce Planning is preferred
