Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Device Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing customer support in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and requests for product repair via phone, fax, or email, and enter relevant information into the ERP/order entry system
  • Manage customer expectations regarding delivery timelines and support the pricing dispute process
  • Address and escalate customer issues, provide warranty information, and assist with customer service and sales projects as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalency (GED) required
  • 3+ years of related experience in customer service or a similar role required
  • Prior experience with medical devices is a significant advantage
  • Strong computer skills with experience in data entry into an ERP system and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in customer service with exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills
