Customer Success Specialist - job 3 of 24

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to manage contract renewals and ensure customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the contract renewal cycle for assigned customers, including creating and delivering accurate renewal quotes
  • Proactively identify customer needs and concerns prior to contract expiration and document all client interactions
  • Collaborate with sales teams for upsell opportunities and prepare reports on customer renewal statuses
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Development, or Business Development
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company or K12 industry preferred
  • Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM solutions; experience with Gainsight is a plus
  • Ability to understand clients' buying cycles and demonstrate a proactive approach to customer needs
