A company is looking for a Sr. Sales Manager with proven solution selling experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for biometric solutions aligned with customer objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various methods including cold calling and networking
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including pricing and contract management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; additional business qualifications are a plus
  • 12-15 years of proven experience in solution sales, preferably in Access Control/Biometrics technology
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales processes for complex, high-value solutions
  • Proven track record of building strategic relationships with C-suite executives
  • Self-starter with the ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced environment
