Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Development to lead and grow their US Sales Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor a team of SDRs, managing performance, recruitment, and training
• Execute strategies to ensure success for open source users and pipeline generation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Enablement, and Recruiting

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of first-line management or experience in sales, sales development, operations, or enablement
• Proven track record of leading teams to exceed targets in a fast-paced, technical environment
• Ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial, remote setting
• Growth mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges
• Experience with Salesforce, prospecting tools, and value-based selling methodologies
