Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Call Center Sales Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth
• Design strategic initiatives to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
• Collaborate with various departments to implement campaigns and ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members)
• 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations related to Medicare
• Experience with AI, telephony solutions, and Microsoft Office products
