Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to lead their RevOps team and oversee client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop a team of RevOps strategists while ensuring quality deliverables
  • Oversee complex client engagements and translate business goals into scalable revenue operations strategies
  • Identify and implement improvements to team processes and contribute to internal documentation on RevOps strategy
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or CRM systems, with expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce
  • 2+ years of people management experience, leading teams of 6 or more
  • Proven track record in leading complex, client-facing technical projects
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
