Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crypto Operations Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and surveil all customer activity daily
• Manage daily operational tasks including trading, new accounts, and cash management
• Support customer onboarding and assist with KYC and account approval

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in broker-dealer, financial services, trading, or cryptocurrency operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency or a strong desire to learn
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment
• Experience working effectively in a team as well as independently
