Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager responsible for managing foreclosure and bankruptcy activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee mortgage accounts to ensure compliance with foreclosure and bankruptcy processes
• Conduct reviews of bankruptcy files and manage proceedings by coordinating with various parties involved
• Monitor attorney performance and manage reports to drive workflow and minimize risk

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-7 years of directly related experience in Mortgage Foreclosure, Mortgage Servicing, or Bankruptcy
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite and Black Knight MSP preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Strong leadership skills to coach and motivate team members
