Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, modeling, and implementation of SAP business processes across the organization
• Manage business process governance and documentation, including the creation of handbooks and performance measurements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business processes meet customer and internal needs while managing KPIs and project strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management information systems, business management, or a related discipline
• 7+ years of experience with relevant ERP applications or technology
• 5+ years of experience in business process creation and visualization
• Experience leading teams and managing vendor relationships
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and best practices in business processes
