Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Operations Analyst who will focus on vendor performance and operational specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and report vendor performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPI) to senior management
• Develop and execute strategies to address systemic issues and improve vendor performance
• Participate in cross-departmental implementation teams and support new business initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Preferred degree emphasis in statistics, math, or a related field
• Three to five years of experience in an operations/processing position
• Minimum of three years of analytical and data processing experience
• Some training in Six Sigma, ISO, SAS 70, and TQM preferred
