Vice President of Claims Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Northwell account.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Northwell account, including Member Services and Claims Operations
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and achieve revenue targets
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with client contractual obligations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10-15 years of experience in third-party administration, insurance, or a related industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach team members
• Proven expertise in account service and consultative selling techniques
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
