Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Inventory Planning team, ensuring collaboration and high performance
• Develop and communicate seasonal inventory strategies, overseeing pre-season and in-season planning
• Optimize inventory management and pricing strategies across all sales channels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, engineering, economics, operations management, or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in inventory planning, including forecasting and inventory management
• 3+ years of supervisory experience with a proven ability to lead a high-performing team
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Experience with omni-channel business operations, preferably in the apparel sector
