Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enablement Programs Manager to lead onboarding, training, and enablement programs for customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute Sales Enablement programs to enhance seller productivity and align with go-to-market goals
• Develop scalable education programs for customers to drive adoption and long-term success
• Lead new hire onboarding strategies across various functions to ensure effective integration into the company

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or GTM program management
• Proven track record of building structured enablement programs for Sales, Customers, or Internal teams
• Strong skills in instructional design and content development for both digital and live learning
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
• Ability to analyze data and tie programs to business outcomes for continuous improvement
