Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer, K-5 ELA.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and storyboard digital-first curriculum using educational design principles
• Develop prototypes and digital content tools in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Lead workflows and support Agile product development through iterative feedback and testing

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in digital instructional design or curriculum development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or related field
• Expertise in designing for digital platforms and knowledge of accessibility standards
• Proficiency in Agile workflows and collaborative team environments
• Deep knowledge of curriculum development for grades K-5, particularly in ELA
