Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Admissions Manager to oversee admissions coordinators and enhance team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team of admissions coordinators, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
• Provide mentorship and leadership to enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction
• Collaborate on special projects and contribute to strategic planning for the admissions department

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing and/or behavioral health science is strongly preferred
• 3-5 years of experience managing a team of 10 or more in a call center environment
• Experience in substance abuse treatment settings is preferred
• Proficiency with multiple computer systems, including CRM and billing software
• Ability to type 50+ WPM while maintaining a conversation
