Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Change Manager, Enterprise OKR Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute change strategies for the rollout and adoption of the OKR framework
• Partner with stakeholders to build cohesive enablement and communication campaigns
• Lead stakeholder analyses to assess organizational readiness and tailor strategies

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in large-scale transformations
• Proven experience supporting enterprise OKR programs or similar performance management systems
• Deep understanding of the OKR framework and best practices for implementation
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders
• Change management certification is preferred but not required
