Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support the Revenue Cycle Redesign team.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and domain owners
• Complete and maintain scoping artifacts and manage project tracking
• Extract data and maintain reporting dashboards using Smartsheet and Google Sheets

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related role
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas
• Experience with Smartsheet and creating reports using formulas
• Ability to extract and manage data from ServiceNow
• Basic understanding of healthcare revenue cycle concepts is preferred
