Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customized prescriptive consulting to a diverse portfolio of Financial Edge NXT customers
• Engage proactively with customers throughout their engagement to maximize the value of their software subscription
• Contribute to service offerings by sharing insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience using, supporting, or consulting on Financial Edge software
• Experience in multiple areas of accounting is encouraged
• Comfortable engaging with key stakeholders and end-users
• Ability to manage a portfolio of customers effectively
• Self-starter mindset with proactive management of customer deliverables
