Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support its Customer Success Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success and Sales stakeholders to define and prioritize the project roadmap
• Manage cross-functional alignment and stakeholder expectations across high-impact projects
• Lead requirements gathering, documentation, solution design, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, preferably in Customer Success functions
• Deep understanding of post-sales business processes and enabling teams through technology
• Experience in Agile or Kanban environments with project management principles
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and related ecosystems
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams
