A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst IV to support Sales and Customer Success teams in enhancing go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain business processes to enhance productivity and customer interactions
  • Utilize Salesforce, Gainsight, and Power BI for analytics and reporting to support sales and customer success
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and optimize workflows to improve sales efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of experience in sales or revenue operations, finance, or accounting systems
  • Experience in data collection, synthesis, and measuring key sales metrics
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and experience supporting an Enterprise Sales organization
  • Salesforce certification(s) or other relevant equivalent preferred
