Job Summary

A company is looking for a Secure Messaging Consultant to provide support through a secure messaging platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound secure messages with professionalism and care
• Conduct research and resolve member concerns in complex scenarios
• Manage multiple conversations while maintaining high service levels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
• Minimum two years of experience in a financial institution or customer service
• Contact Center experience preferred
• Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws and regulations
• Proficient PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products
