Client Configuration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Configuration Specialist responsible for site administration and client support for online booking tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Program maintenance and testing of account-specific online booking tool sub-sites
• Serve as the client account subject matter expert for online booking tools
• Conduct client demos and end-user training, as well as maintain standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the corporate travel industry
• Minimum 5 years of site administration experience with online booking tools
• Working knowledge of GDS, preferably Sabre
• Experience with Concur or Deem is preferred
• Knowledge of HTML and/or Java is a plus
