Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical tasks including basic commissioning, integration of components, and maintenance jobs on-site and remotely
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level user support for customer issues both remotely and onsite
• Coordinate service operations and assist in generating sales leads for predefined service offers

Required Qualifications

• Technical background in engineering or relevant field
• Experience in customer service roles, particularly in technical support
• Ability to adhere to defined processes and regulations
• Familiarity with medical technology or related equipment is preferred
• Willingness to work remotely and onsite as needed
