Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process for used vehicles, including preparation, customer viewings, and test drives
• Ensure an excellent customer journey and build long-term customer relationships through competent advice
• Collaborate closely with the station team to maintain quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Completed vocational training with 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in car rental or tourism
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and open demeanor
• Hands-on approach and strong communication skills
• Resilient problem solver and organizational talent
• Fluent in German and English, with a valid Class B driver's license
