Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join their Sales Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in technical qualification and requirements gathering while demonstrating relevant capabilities
• Drive and advise customers on pilot implementation, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams
• Work with account executives on presentation customization, RFP responses, and opportunity planning

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a sales engineer or equivalent pre-sales technical role
• Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud-native technologies
• Prior experience with monitoring or observability tools (e.g., New Relic, Grafana, Splunk, DataDog)
• Experience at a SaaS or Open Source vendor
• A passion for building relationships and driving sales success
