Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions in collaboration with Sales associates
• Deliver personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Coordinate deliveries and address customer inquiries or concerns via sales calls

Required Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience is preferred
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell
• Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments
• General digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
