Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to create and execute territory development plans
• Build and manage a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives, including recruiting, hiring, and training
• Implement outbound calling programs and support marketing activities to generate demand

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of Sales Development Leadership Experience in the Software/Technology space or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience (4 years)
• 1+ years of experience analyzing data and developing sales prospecting execution plans
• Proven ability to coach and mentor team members effectively
• Experience in developing a prospect pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting
