Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outside Sales Executive for the Small Commercial segment in the Southern California territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customer relationships and business opportunities
• Create and implement annual Business Development Plans and Agency Partnership Plans
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor products to enhance sales strategies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 years of professional or underwriting experience required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 years of sales or underwriting experience in the insurance industry preferred
• Technical knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance
