Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staffing Clerk to work remotely during evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedules and reassigns staff to match qualified personnel with patient care needs
• Communicates with unit leadership and staffing colleagues regarding resource allocation and needs
• Enters scheduling and attendance information into software and generates reports for resource management

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of staff scheduling experience, preferably in a hospital setting
• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience
• Formal clerical and computer training is desirable
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software, with a basic understanding of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
