A company is looking for a Director, Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable recruitment and onboarding strategies
• Create and execute an Employment Value Proposition and branding strategy
• Lead employee recognition and engagement initiatives, and targeted diversity recruitment practices

Required Qualifications

• College degree required; MBA or advanced degrees preferred
• At least eight years of experience in strategic talent management
• Deep understanding of talent management strategies and practices
• Proven ability to design and implement solutions that drive business results
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership-building skills
