Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and post job ads, review resumes, and screen candidates
• Schedule interviews and conduct them via Zoom, including administering skills tests
• Maintain the recruiting database and assist management with personnel issues and employee development

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, screening, and hiring
• Passion for recruitment and human resources
• Ability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
• A reliable workstation with necessary equipment for remote work
• International recruiting experience is a plus
