Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative - CONTRACT.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for client facilities, addressing issues such as incorrect case transmissions and user errors
• Handle inbound calls, support emails, and chats while documenting all actions in tickets
• Assist management with data gathering and communication between clients and radiologists

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 months or more of related experience
• Must have a hard-wired internet connection and a private workspace
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Good organizational skills
• Able to effectively prioritize work on a daily basis
