Key Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates through various methods including cold calling, networking, and job fairs to maintain a pipeline of talent
• Screen candidates and maintain the HR system to ensure it is up to date
• Manage search firms and assist with additional HR responsibilities such as training and policy updates

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid performance track record
• Bachelor's Degree
• Good computer skills
