Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director - North Central.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop a high-performing team of enterprise sellers
• Manage and enable sellers to achieve productivity metrics and growth milestones
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers and channel partners

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business growth
• Experience managing and closing complex deals valued at $200K+ and above $1M
• Strong familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies
• Ability to establish relationships with executive-level stakeholders
