Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agent Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and growth opportunities for newly signed Partners
• Build and maintain relationships with the assigned base and conduct business reviews
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure Partner needs are fulfilled effectively and maintain reporting

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Korean
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years of sales-related experience preferred
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with others
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a dynamic, rapidly expanding environment
• Willingness to take on additional tasks as processes evolve
