Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel, Privacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal and privacy guidance to various business lines, focusing on healthcare technology and digital advertising
• Ensure compliance with global, federal, and state privacy and data protection laws
• Conduct enterprise privacy training and assist with incident response and investigations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school and a member of the bar in good standing
• 7+ years of legal and privacy experience
• In-depth knowledge of global, federal, and state privacy laws, including HIPAA and FTC regulations
• Experience in providing privacy guidance across diverse business lines
• Strong understanding of healthcare technology and consumer healthcare platforms
