Minnesota Licensed Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Procurement to provide legal support for its Enterprise Procurement team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide transactional and strategic legal support across various categories, including clinical and regulatory matters
• Negotiate and draft complex agreements, such as master services and software license agreements
• Interpret vendor agreements and advise stakeholders on rights, risks, and obligations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree
• 5+ years of sophisticated commercial/transactional legal experience
• 5+ years of experience in negotiating and drafting vendor/supplier contracts
• Current admission to a U.S. state bar, with Minnesota bar admission required within one year if located in Minnesota
