Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager - Compliance Investigations & Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into potential violations of laws, regulations, and ethical standards
• Leverage technology and analytics to enhance investigation efficiency and uncover potential misconduct
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute investigation strategies and communicate findings effectively

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, with at least 2 years focused on conducting investigations
• Relevant certifications such as CCEP, CFE, or CAMS are strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of compliance laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred
• Proficiency in investigation tools and software, such as EthicsPoint and Tableau
