Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter - Campus & Technical Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end campus recruiting initiatives and manage talent pipelines
• Organize and execute campus and internal events to strengthen partnerships
• Support technical sourcing and full-cycle recruiting activities

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in campus and technical recruiting
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with recruiting tools like Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
• Based in Toronto with the ability to work onsite as needed
