Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or in a strategy/operations role at a tech or health tech startup
• Strong PowerPoint and writing skills for synthesizing insights into visual narratives
• Analytical proficiency in Excel or Sheets, comfortable with business modeling
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently
• Passion for improving mental health access, with a preference for early-stage environments
