Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage physician candidates using various sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified physician candidates for current and future needs
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and priorities

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of physician sourcing and screening experience, preferably in healthcare
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools
• Familiarity with physician specialties and medical terminology is a plus
• Proficiency in using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Doximity
