Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist 1 to support the employee lifecycle and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and processes
• Maintain accurate records of employee relations matters and assist in investigations as needed
• Administer HRIS transactions and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Relevant HR experience, preferably in a technology or engineering environment
• Experience with HRIS systems, with a strong preference for Workday
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong customer orientation and ability to handle sensitive information professionally
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making
