Key Responsibilities

• Support employees throughout their life cycle, including onboarding and off-boarding
• Collaborate with international teams and manage HRM system tasks
• Participate in interviews and support staff development through training needs identification

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an internal HR role (People Partner/HR Manager)
• Experience working with international teams
• Familiarity with employee lifecycle processes
• Upper Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
• Experience with ATS/CRM/HRM systems; IT/iGaming industry experience is a plus
