Following our plan, we would have you on goal to earn $100,000.00 your first full year in the business. An example, our 2024 “Rookie of the Year” earned $220,000.00 dollars. With our training, tools, and guidance, you are able to earn 30% to 80% of all of your business.Responsibilities:*Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates*The use of our many tools, ability to make calls, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers*Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)Requirements:*Excellent verbal and written communication skills*Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset*Effective negotiation skills
