A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative II - Balance & Refunds.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve patient credit balances efficiently and timely through daily review and workflow management
• Identify accounts for patient refunds and perform requests according to guidelines
• Provide excellent service and clear communication regarding credit balances or refunds to patients and other stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of healthcare-related experience in Account Review, Collections, or Revenue Cycle
• Experience with Epic is preferred
